As a chief compliance officer, Masoumeh is responsible for simplifying compliance procedures, including policy management, risk assessments, regulatory change management, and case investigations. As the CCO of the company, she is in charge of ensuring that an organization’s policies and standards are in line with the industry’s protocols. Masoumeh completed her bachelor’s degree in law in 2013. After her graduation, she started working for Kimia jewelry as a legal advisor. Aside from her career in Kimia jewelry, she is the owner and founder of Banian e Hagh law firm, where she handles legal research. Her extensive knowledge and work experience in commercial and business law make her an excellent fit for the CCO position.
